We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website vistoros and app users; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information. Mitfusion., collects data in various ways to improve our service. 4 – What information do we collect |
We may collect, store and use the following kinds of data. Please see below for more information about what data we may collect and when this is done.

(i) While your IP address may be recorded in order to deduce your approximate location in order to provide the correct service, we do not collect or record other personal information from visiting users unless this is manually entered by the user themselves through the checkout process or by signing up to receive email marketing. Any other information is only used to acquire an overview and insight into how our site is used and is not used to profile individual users
5 – When you have made or attempted to make an order |
The obligatory fields in the checkout sections are required in order to facilitate the purchase and delivery of your order, fulfilling the contract agreed to as part of the completed order process. We pass relevant data such as your address and telephone number to our Partners so that they can deliver your order and confirm delivery via text message. This information is only used for the purpose of fulfilling delivery.
We request the following details to be entered when you attempt to make an order:
a)Email Address:
We need your email address so that we can send orders for registration purposes and delivery confirmations and to let you know if there are any issues with your order. We will not send marketing emails to you unless you have agreed.
b)Name:
We ask for your name as this is required by our Partners to deliver your order.
c)Telephone:
We ask for your telephone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your order. For some orders, a confirmation of delivery may be sent to the number given.
d)Full Address:
This information is required to deliver your order. If you are paying by card, cash or invoice, we also need this information in order to confirm the payment.
Sensitive information such as email addresses, telephone numbers, home or work addresses and your full name is not publicly available on the site. Our checkout process is encrypted to ensure your details are protected. Unless you have explicitly consented to receive marketing to your email address, we will not send advertising materials to you using these details or other methods of contact.
Any payment information entered is processed by trusted third parties who are in turn compliant with current data legislation. Information like card details, PayPal and Stripe account information and other data which may be used for payment is not stored by our system and is not accessible by ourselves at any time.
This information is only used to fulfil our contract with you and to address any issue that might arise with your purchase.
6 – When registering a user account or signing up for email marketing |
You may register a user account without having completed an order. When registering for a user account we record the following details. This information is only used for contacting you regarding any issue or changes to do with your user account. Unless you have provided separate consent for this, we will not use these details to send you marketing materials of any kind.

If you have agreed to this other data regarding your orders may be used to send you personalised, targeted email campaigns.
7 – How do we use your data |
In addition to the uses identified elsewhere in this privacy policy, we may use your information to:
(a) Process orders you have submitted
(b) Deliver your order in cooperation with our Partners, send you order and delivery confirmations and contact you if there are any issues with your order
(c) Improve our services through anonymous analysis of user behaviours.
(d) Improve your browsing experience by personalising the website.
(e) Seek feedback on the services we provide. This may be done through our platforms or third parties as well
(f) Send you targeted email communications if you have requested this, and track your interactions with these emails such as when you open the email or click a link to our website.

(h) Provide other companies with statistical information about our users – but this information will not be used to identify any individual user.
This information is anonymous and is only used for analysis and service improvement purposes.These ads may be based on your browsing habits, but this information is only stored by Google, Bing or Yahoo etc and it will not be shared with other users or parties.
Even if you have not consented to receive email marketing materials from us you may still be contacted by our customer service department through the email address or phone number that you have provided. We will not contact you unless there is an urgent issue with your order, such as a failed delivery or a problem with your payment. These emails will be strictly service-based and will not contain any advertising.
8 – How do we protect your information |
It’s important to us that we keep your information safe. However, any information sent over the internet can be compromised and when you transmit information to us, you do so at your own risk. We ask that you keep the password to any user accounts that you may have registered with us confidential.
9 – Your rights & data controller information |
It’s important to us that you have a say in the data we collect. You may contact us at any time to:
(a) Withdraw consent you have given to receive email marketing, personalised services or to the data policy as a whole
(b) Request access to any data which we have collected about you
(c) Modify any data which we have collected about you
(d) Request that any data, we have about you should be deleted
(e) Request that your data will not be collected. Please note that we will be unable to post any order without the necessary personal information required for delivery, such as your full address, name and a means of contact
(f) Request that your data is not used for analysis, research, automated decision-making or direct marketing
We believe it should be easy for you to overview and control how we use your data. We endeavour to carry out any of the actions described above within 1 month or less upon request.
